Can I start a business on my land?

All the lands in our developments are residential. The regulations prohibit any kind of business or commercial establishments.
 

TAXES

How much tax is paid for each residential lot?

In the Gasparilla project, only one property tax payment is made, and it is annual.

The owner is solely responsible for the annual property tax payment to the County. The approximate value is around USD 400 (values may vary each year). This payment can be made from November to March of the following year.
 

VISAS:

If I acquire land, can I obtain a visa or residency?
 

No.
 

Acquiring land or property does not grant any benefits for obtaining a visa or residency in the U.S. This is a process that must be handled directly with the competent authorities in your country of residence (U.S. Embassy or Consulate).
